Taco Seasoning

Wednesday is Taco Day at our house. I turn out some pretty awesome tacos, with the help of my homemade tortilla shells and this recipe for seasoning.

Taco Seasoning

Cost per recipe: $3.50
($0.18 per TB)

Ingredients:
2 TB cornstarch
2 TB onion powder
2 TB garlic powder
4 TB chili powder
2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
2 TB cumin
1 TB oregano
2 TB salt
2 TB paprika

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and it's ready to use. This recipe makes enough for several taco meals. For Hubs and I, about 1/3 lb. of meat is used with 1 TB of seasoning. This is pretty hot- I figure better too much than too little. Use your own judgement! :)

Happy spicing!!
